Automotive Consultant

We are looking for people with experience in training in the automotive industry  in dealer networks (both development and delivery).

 

The purpose is to provide the best non-technical Training to the dealers in Europe including all the tasks necessary for the development, preparation, presentation and monitoring of the contents defined.

 

The training activities are intended to improve the skills, knowledge and competencies of dealership from Management to Commercial and After-Sales staff. The courses will cover themes such as Processes and Business Management, Digital Marketing and CRM and Behavioral Soft Skills. 

 

Your functions: 

  • Delivery and tutoring of courses and activities
  • Design and development of face-to-face, online and blended training actions
  • Translation and creation of materials
  • Reporting
  • Research of new methodologies and tools. 

 

 At an attitudinal level, excellent communication and organization skills.

TPM/Continuous Improvement Specialist

The TPM/Continuous Improvement Specialist will collaborate across multiple sites and functions in order to diagnose, analyze and drive reduction in overall MCC (Manufacturing Conversion Costs) and Primes Waste. This includes building the problem-solving capability and the process to manage focused improvement initiative with cross-functional teams across the organization

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Utilize loss analysis methodology and site loss trees to identify, prioritize and execute PCC (plant conversion costs) savings projects across Europe and America
  • Work with MSE FI Pillar Leads to make losses visible and deliver the organizational capability to eliminate them. This includes building the problem-solving capability and the process to manage focused improvement initiative with cross-functional teams across the organization.
  • Use tools and “Go and See” to understand contributing factors for PCC, and make recommendations to improve/change.
  • Work directly with and coach multiple site resources to use data-based problem-solving methodologies to reduce PCC costs and ensure problems are resolved to root cause.
  • Willingness to spend up to 50 -80% of time on the manufacturing floor diagnosing, analysing, and establishing best-in-class processes.

Admin & Accounts assistant

for our office based in Milan.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation of monthly company management reports
  • Assist in closing of general and subsidiary ledgers
  • Assist in operational group reporting
  • Oversee the day to day operations of the administration including handling all administrative duties
  • Perform other related duties or ad-hoc assignment when required.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
At least two years working experience in the related field is required.
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Words.
Good in English and Spanish speaking.
